About us

VACYPA is the collective voice of Victorian Aboriginal communities working together to positively influence the future of Aboriginal children & young people.

Our Vision

The VACYPA works towards Aboriginal children and young people having every opportunity to thrive and be raised safely in Aboriginal families and communities.

Our Work

The VACYPA and Members work ranges from early help and prevention through to children in care: to advocate for and support Aboriginal children and young people to thrive in strong families. We are honoured to amplify the voices of about 50% of Aboriginal communities across Victoria.
